Privacy for an order request.

This page explains what the tee order request sends and where it goes. It does not describe payment processing because the shop does not take payment.

What the shop sends

Checking the catalogue and service health sends no order-form fields to the order service. Only when you choose Send order request does the browser send your selected tee styles, requested sizes and quantities, name, email, optional phone number, comment, consent and a request key used to prevent duplicate submissions to this website's same-origin order service. The delivery preference, “arrange with house,” is included with the request.

How the request is handled

The order service stores the request in its Cloudflare D1 database for house follow-up. A successful request remains unpaid and awaiting confirmation. No card or payment details are collected, and this service does not automatically email or text you.

If you choose Open email draft, your device opens an email draft addressed to the public house email. You review and send it yourself. If you choose Copy order text, the text is copied to your clipboard; it is not sent to the house.

Analytics and retention

Cloudflare hosts this site and the order-request service, which stores submitted requests in Cloudflare D1 for house follow-up. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses an injected beacon to collect aggregate visit and performance measurements. The site does not add advertising pixels; our page code does not send order-form contents as analytics events. Read Cloudflare's data-origin and collection documentation. The order service has not published a retention period here. If you need that detail before sending a request, ask the house first.

The mailing-list links open Beehiiv. If you choose to subscribe, the details you submit go to Beehiiv and are handled under Beehiiv’s Privacy Policy. Newsletter sign-up is separate from the tee order request service.

Your request

For a question about information you submitted, or to request a correction or deletion, email the house and include your request reference if you have one. A reference is shown only after the server acknowledges a request.
